Fetch is a fantastic woman-owned company! We have been using them for many years. Theresa, the owner, has always been great to work with (especially during the pandemic), super professional! She hires a great team - the customer experience rep Jessica is always super helpful when I have questions or need to reschedule. Highly recommend working with this team.

Fetch! Pet Care is truly an amazing company. They are a woman-owned small business and Michelle, the Client Care Supervisor, is super responsive. She helped me navigate the portal when I was having trouble with scheduling, and was very kind when there were last minute changes to trip schedules. They also schedule a google meet session prior to the trip to personally meet the pet sitter taking care of your furry family member. Stacy was so kind and I loved receiving the updates and photos of our four-legged family every day- it made our trip that much better knowing they were in good hands and were enjoying themselves while we were away. I love Fetch.  I last minute had something come up and was worried about who could take care of my dog!  The minute I called Fetch I received a call from Jennifer about setting me up about someone to take care of my baby.  She was kind and thoughtful and mind you this was less than 24 hours notice.  They have a schedule online and are. Wry thorough with the proper communication.  I would highly recommend this and will be using this in the future!

They always make me feel comfortable leaving my cat when I’m out of town because I know they will take great care of her 😊 Stacy is the best always taking great notes and pictures to update me! Fetch! is a God-send!! I don't know what I would've done with them back when I first got my Havanese, Rosita. She was not fully potty-trained but I either had to run errands, go to church, go to work, etc and she needed to be taken out. Fetch filled in the gap! They have a wonderful team of dog-lovers who not only took my little girl out but played with her and kept her company. And they always take pictures! I love that I can book them for play, walks, etc. My girl is much bigger now and fully trained but if I have one of those days there I'm going to be gone more than 6 hours, I call on Fetch! We could not have been more pleased but the services we received from Fetch. Our senior fur baby was able to remain in her environment & maintain her regular routine. She was as happy as always which thrilled us when we returned from vacation. Hats off to a fabulous Fetch team !
